September 15th Speaker - Germaine Porche
Germaine is an international consultant and executive coach, dynamic keynote speaker, well known author, and the President and co‐founder of Eagle’s View Consulting.
Germaine’s newest book, Coach Anyone About Anything Vol. 2: How to Empower Leaders and High Performance Teams, will be released in September 2010. She also co‐authored “Coach Anyone About Anything: How to Help People Succeed in Business and Life”, which is ranked #3 on Amazon.com as the “Best 100 Business Books” of 2003. She recently co‐authored the Amazon’s bestselling “Coaching Soup for the Cartoon Soul” series.
Germaine’s specialty is working with organizations to produce performance breakthroughs in productivity and leadership. Her consulting work is multicultural and has included work in the United States, Canada, Europe, Indonesia and Israel.
She holds a masters degree in Organizational Development from the American University in Washington, D.C. and the National Training Laboratories (NTL) Institute. She earned a B.A. in management at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.
Germaine has been a member of ABWA for over 11 years and participated on many committees as well as the Spring Conference held in the Woodlands. She served two terms as President of the ABWA Humble Artesian Chapter and is a 2006 Top Ten Business Woman of ABWA and 2008 FHPW Woman of Excellence. She is currently the co‐chair of the fundraising committee and a member of the education committee. Germaine enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs, Gus and Mitzi. During her leisure time, she runs marathons, has completed 10 so far.
